Carlos: Let me check my agenda, I´m sorry but I have a trip to Manchester. Can it be on the 30th?

Ulises: Its´s fine, I can re-schedule my agenda, but I have enough time. Can it be at 10:30?

Carlos Good! Where is the meeting going to be at?

Ulises: I was planing on the 4th floor of our office building

Carlos Can I know about the topics to discuss there?

Ulises: It´s about the budget cuts, we are running short of money. I will contact everybody so you dont have to worry about it.

 Hello, good morning.

This morning I have to do a lot of things and I need your help to do some tasks, please.

First, you have to go to the post office. I leave in the carpet called "contracts" in the computer one contract so important, is the file "contract 1", you havee to send it to Simon Floyd.

Second, you have to buy 40 first class stamps and 20 larges envalopes.

On the shelves next to my desk, there are some products samples. I need you to send them to RCC Electronics Ltd. That is important so send it by the courier please. You have to protect the products samples whith bubble wrap because are so fragile. The direction of the company is in a message in your phone.

And finally, I give you access to the mail log of our company because maybe you mind process the incoming mail tomorrow morning please.

When buying a new computer.

Hello, in this post of my blog I´m going to explain what do you need to consider when buying a new computer and show the best computer at a low price in sales.

First, you have to evaluate your needs because a computer is somthing while you have to know what do you need to buy. You have to think if you need a office computer for a desk or a laptop to take at differents places. Then, with that information, you should to think the power what you would for your computer and see the differents components for the computer.

So when yo have thought what do you need, yo have to buy the components for the computer, like the processor, the memory RAM, the hard drive, the optical drives, the video and graphics cards. Then you have to buy a screen to use the computer and a mouse to can move for the computer. There are some periferics like a mat, helmet, etc... but there are not necesary.

 Ulises: Hi Carlos, we bougth a new photocopier so I´m going to show you how tu use it.

Ulises: Yes, it´s easy, you only have tu turn it on the red button and press the green one.

Carlos: How can I replace the toner cartridge.

Ulises: Good question, pull this forward and change it.

Carlos: And how do I enlarge a document or reduce it´s size?

Ulises:You don´t need to use the photocopier to this, only have to adjust the paper in the computer, that´s all you need to know to use the photocopier.

Hello Micky! How are you?

I want to tell you about my new job here in London. I´m the marketing director from Adidas company, it´s so good. The office where I work is at the centre of London. My department is de marketing department at the second floor and my room is at the end of the corridor at left hand. 

The people here are so fine with me and the are helping me all time, I´m doing a lot of spam to the company like posters and posts to instagram, twitter, etc. 

I like that job because is a little bit funny and I don´t do a lot of phisical activities because I´m in an office all day.

That office can be so good to work here because isn´t very big and you have all things near of you.

Ulises: So, at what time was the meeting?

Carlos: At 12 o´clock 

Ulises: And I have to file documents, right?

Carlos: Yes, those at my office.

Ulises: Let´s do a recap, I have to file documents at your office, schedule the meeting for 12 o´clock, order the office supplies and... distribute the post. Is it right?

Carlos: Yes of course, than you so much.

This job has a lot of responsabilities like:

• I´ll be the first contact to the company with the people who wants to contact us
• As the Front of House receptionist I should be able to work in this pressurised, lively environment, keeping strict confidentiality.
• I´ll have to send e-mails informatives to other employees for some meetings, works of last time, etc...
• In the website of the company I have to talk with the clients at the online service.
• If an employee wants to print anything, he has to send that me and then I must print that and give to the employee.

I think I´ll like most responsabilities, except the responsability of keeping strict confidentiality because I like to tell all things to my friends when I finish the work.

And the other responsabilities I think I´ll do very well without any problems to help the company.

This is de Sony Music´s office. 

That´s the first plant. Here can see de reception at the entry. This is a place to work so relaxed and see the people who enter to the office.

On this plant we can see the work department, here the employeers do theirs works in some rooms and have other rooms near.

This is the café. Here the employeers can take some food or drink in their times to eat.

That´s the ground floor. Here the employeers can past the free time and rest the time when they aren´t working. That´s place is so relaxed to past the time better.
