 Hello. I'm going to explain my family treen from my grandparents with an image what I did.

2.4 Telephone conversations

 Conversation unit 7.

That conversation is about a person who needs talk to Simon Green but he is not here, so the person who recived the call ask the caller phone number and company to call back when Simon Green stay here.

 

Conversation unit 7.

The caller ask to speak to Jenny Gold but she is out of the town and is unavaible, the caller ask to leave a message, so, he can do it and leave a message to Jenny Gold.  

 

Conversation Unit 8.

That conversation is about a caller who ask to speak to Sam Raymond but Sam's working at the moment at the City hospital, the person who recived the call ask what the problem is, the caller explains that there is a power cut in the factory and who recived the call sends Alex Raymond, another electrican from the company, to solve the problem.

B- Good morning. I want to make a complaint.

A- Oh, I´m so sorry. Can you tell me your name and your customer number?

B- Yes, (name) and 3004376.

A- Ok, (name) and 3004376. Can you tell me what´s wrong is?

B- I bought a green sweater but I recived a blue sweater.

A- Ok, can you tell me the order´s letter and number?

B- Yes, B04953.

A- Perfect. I´ll transfer your complaint to the shipping department.
