Carlos: Hello. My name´s Carlos. I have a complaint with an air conditioner
Fran: Oh, I do apologise. What´s the problem of the air conditioner?
Carlos: The cooling system doesn´t work.
Fran: Ok. Please, Can you tell me your order details?
Carlos: My customer number is ME357, the invoice number is 007865. The product has warranty.
Fran: I´m watching our recrods... Ok it´s perfect, i will to send a technician to repair the air conditioner as soon as possible
